The parent's message goes out from your own address, so replies come back to you. Thera-Buddy can send — it cannot read your inbox.
It creates one folder per child and an ISO-dated folder per session inside it. It can see the files it made and nothing else you keep in Drive.
Session notes, photos and session sheets are written to your own Google Drive, not stored on our servers. We hold the admin trail — dates, invoices, what was sent — not the therapy.
Thera-Buddy raises the invoice and hands it to Xero or Zoho Books. Your accountant keeps working exactly where they already work.
